Room large, beds comfortable and Queen size great so fed up of small beds in UK. Check in efficient and also check out, used facilities to print out e boarding passes for flights. Had dinner in Mason restaurant food standard was okay, service was good and prices reasonable and no surcharge. Had breakfast this area next morning, service excellent all staff friendly and efficient and breakfast choices excellent, as was the food. Efficient pick up clearing. Wifi was 15 pounds for 24 hours in room, so used free in lobby area, not ideal, and shouldn't be charges like that this day and age in hotels of this price bracket.
